Is there a way to not show the very bottom bar? (Camera All Contacts) i never use it

I created my own wallpaper thread. I make custom HQ Wallpaper CABs that apply to all the tabs and work in portrait and landscape mode. Check it out here. My Crysis theme is my favorite, but the Halo ODST one is pretty cool.
