It's a custom theme I threw together using lobo's centering titanium code, a font I found on the internet, and an image I rescaled from 1280x1024 to fit my 480x800 screen... I was actually surprised at how nice it came out honestly lol...

I think that's just a black taskbar and black slider icon set... I don't see anything else that doesn't appear stock.. Than again, my phone was only stock for about 4 minutes after I unboxed it brand new lol...
