Re: Changing the taskbar on my Touch Pro2

CDMA refers to they type of network your phone works on. WVGA refers to the screen resolution. They have nothing to do with each other. You need to use a CDMA- or GSM-specific taskbar cab in order for the signal meters to display properly.

Sorry, a bit of a noob when it comes to these phones. I did read that this morning though but thanks for the correction.

Yes I have a CDMA htc tp2. I did try bignadad's taskbar but lost my taskbar altogether. It came back when I uninstalled it.

Re: Changing the taskbar on my Touch Pro2

In addition to making sure you have the right network type (CDMA or GSM) with any kind of UI customizations, you also have to make sure they are for the right version that is on your phone. For instance, some phones have only the WinMo 6.x home screen. Some use the TouchFlo UI on top of WinMo and it comes in TouchFlo2d, TouchFlo3d and versions 2.1 and 2.5 of the latter. Cabs for 2.1 will not necessarily work for 2.5. I think the Tilt 2 should have its own subforum simply because it is far different from the CDMA version of the TouchPro 2 and comes with different software, even though the phone is essentially the same on the outside.

Re: Changing the taskbar on my Touch Pro2

Heres my favorite taskbar cab hands down. Its a droid based taskbar but it looks clean and sleek.

Attached is for both Windows Mobile 6.5 and 6.5.x
