I got a few quick questions, is there a way to disable getting the default sense tabs (I don't know what that's really called, the one w/the stocks, camera, twitter, messaging, etc...) when you swipe from left or right? I don't see it, but if I accidentally swipe left, I get the tabs.

If you have more then one page enabled for your hometab, in CHTE, it will not swipe from tab to tab.
You can turn off most of the tabs, in the Settings Tab > Personalize Tabs

Also, I have the little notification widget bar for voicemail/text/missed calls, but when I click the text, nothing pops up. The other two icons work fine (missed call/call history & voicemail). I tried the other option where it's icons only instead of the default widget notification bar, but it's the same thing. Only the text won't show up when chosen.

The text message notification, directs you to the CHT Text message Widget, which if you don't have enabled, it won't.
There is a setting in CHTE to turn off the directing to the Widget, if your prefer.

Last one, sorry if I'm a bit long winded, but going back to the tabs, whenever I finish doing any editing on CHTEditor, it hangs for a second displaying the tab and then it goes back to my homescreen. I managed to get a screenshot of it. I disabled most of the sense tabs because I got tired of scrolling back to home just so I can go back to my custom screen.

CHTeditor often has to restart sense, before it can dump you back to a working homescreen.
I think what you are seeing is the result of that.

@ALL WHO HAVE QUICKLINK ISSUES:

I feel that we are close to working out the last bit of issues with duplicating quicklinks.
Hang in there and there is really no more need to post regarding this issue.
