Re: Cookie Home Tab Mod (March 7th version 1.6.1)

Ok I got the cookies cab and the editor cab. Now my home screen is black and I see a tiny bar at the top of my screen where it says Sprint and it's my backgroud now and that is all I see of my background the rest of my screen is black. Is there a setting I am missing? I just changed my background and I see it when I open phone but my screen when closed it's black with a tiny bit of the background at the top again and it's not doing background for all tabs now.

Re: Cookie Home Tab Mod (March 7th version 1.6.1)

Ok I wasn't sure what to do and I have so many cab files and don't remember whats what. But I uninstalled my background cab. ButI had another cab because my backgrounds 4 all cab didn't do the calendar so I had a seperate cab for that but I wasn't sure which one that was so I didn't uninstall that. But now I rebooted and I see my whole background back again which is good thanks. But now is my calendar gone from hoem screen? I see where it has the date and alarm off with a black bar around it? Can I get rid of that black bar? I had it gone before to show more of my home screen? And it saud 0 mnissed call I love having that back on my home screen but I thought I set it to auto hide. I'll check my settings but I don't like the black bar under the weather with the date. And does your pone not flip up anymore where it hides your flip clock I can't get it to flip up.. And going through the editor settings it's slow. But I'll mess around with it. Thanks, Rose

Edit: Sorry but I have it set to auto hide unless I have a missed call and it's still on my screen and says 0 and i just called my self and hung up and it didn't say 1 missed call. Do I need to link it to something I don't see anything to link it to under settings? Sorry I just don't get it.. I may just uninstall this cookie thing. I'll mess with it some more before I decide.. My bottom soft keys say all people and menu and they don't work neither and I still can't flip up my phone.

Re: Cookie Home Tab Mod (March 7th version 1.6.1)

You may have to do an uninstall of Co0kie Home Tab and the previous BG4all.
You may also have to use the same process we discussed for the calendar background to do it.
Since the Co0kie Home Tab likely overwrote one of the files in the old BG4all you had. So they may both give you issues uninstalling.
Once they are both uninstalled successfully, then install the BG4all in this thread and the Co0kie Home Tab.
You can just leave the Editor installed and it will work once the other two are reinstalled.

**EDIT**
Just read your edit. You need to do what I suggest here in this post if you decide to use it.
As it does work, if all is installed as recommended.
The suggested BG4all is listed in the post at the start of this thread for a good reason.
Let me know if you need further assistance, unless you have just given up, LOL.

Those were merely Alpha screenies, entering Beta tomorrow.
If things go as usual, we should have a release within a few days to a week from tomorrow.
Take this as a mere estimate at this point. But it's very close.
Just adding in a couple last features and getting any last hiccups worked out.
So hang in there, it's very close now.

Re: Cookie Home Tab Mod (March 7th version 1.6.1)

I deleted my backgrounds for all tab after cookie was installed then I installed yours on the 1st page. But mine had a glitch in it and did every tab but the calendar tab so I got another cab to fix that problem but I don't remember the name so all I uninstalled was the bakcgrounds 4 all and not the calendar glitch tab. I have a couple calendar cabs and I know one got rid of the black bars which I don't like. But Ok I can try to start over. Cookies is uninstalled. I have a No calendar date background and a no claendar page background. I think the page one was for the glitch in the all backgrounds cab I had not sure. I have somethng called miancule Manila 2.5 2011-Background which is what I had uninstalled before and it's still there in my remove folder and it says it was not completely removed do I want to remove it from list. I forgot what I did before I'm so confused but I would like to have cookies and have it working.

Ok I am installing my old backgrounds cab just so I can uninstall it right? Do I need to uninstall the calendar glitch one also? I don't even think I saw yours the test2 in the list of removals. Ok now I am back to the beginning I think. I have my nbo backgrounds on there and my calendar is black so the glitch cab does it need to be reinstalled too so I can delete it also man I'm confused. I have all backgrounds everywhere but calendar is black and there is a cab to make it have smae background as everything else which I had installed before. I just want to get this working right. Thanks so much for helping
