Try removing it with the posted cab. I have had success with TMS uninstaller removing programs that the native uninstaller would miss.

Doesn't seem to work for me with any combination of settings.

Not a big deal for me 5 is quite enough.

Strange, working here.
Maybe next time you reset your device or flash a rom you will have better luck. Not sure what to tell you.
