if you're worried about lag, turn off the animations in the registry, super speed then.

All the program links go right back, so changing a few contacts is not a big deal.
I'm having a similar issue. I cook this into my Rom, and I import all of the reg keys. It's great having all of my shortcuts, websites, and contacts already there. However once I sync with Exchange, some (not all) of my contacts change to other people. It's one of the few things that I can't seem to cook in right so that I can use my phone for everything almost immediately.

Anyone have any ideas?

Santod hopefully you see this...or anyone else to may help me out. Im on Sprint Stock 6.5 rom and downloaded the cookie cab 1.6.1. I turned off sense then downloaded the file and turned sense back on. Does anyone know why it takes so long for the home page to load? 7-8 min after a soft reset?

Uhhhmmm, hard reset time???
Never had mine take 7-8 minutes after soft reset.
You could try tapping the screen once or twice, while Sense is loading, and it may help. But 7-8 minutes is unheard of, from just this mod alone.
In fact I don't think I've ever seen it take that long, no matter what mods or apps are installed.
What else have you loaded on that rom?

Well, I would get rid of the tweaks pack, for starters.
As that is not made for 6.5. And is known to cause many issues on the 6.5 rom.
The next thing to remove, would be Personalizer, as Co0kie Home Tab provides the option to set custom Operator text on the home screen and is conflicting with it.
You can set it to say whatever you want, using CHT Editor.

After removing those items, you should be much better off.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; IEMobile 8.12; MSIEMobile6.0) Sprint T7380)

I have the cookie 1.6.1q cab downloaded and was curious on if this is possible. I have the calander text removed and the call history button inserted. however I still get the calander info ( ie.. all day events and appts. I have checked in the editor to hide calander text but it wont go away, i would like to remove everything related to the calander off of the today screen. also is there a cab to remove the my location text that is on the today screen?
