Yes, it does. As they both modify the Home Mode9 file and change the quick link layout.
Co0kie Home Tab Mod will give you all the quick links you could want, but you would have to use my simple BG4all with it, posted in my post on page 1, post #4.
So, it's one mod, or the other.

If you don't mind, can you explain what the difference(s) are b/w your simple BG4all and the one integrated into your 16 link cab?

The simple one is lower quality resolution then the HQ one in my 16 links mod.
Also, the one in my 16 links mod, has separate modes for portrait and landscape wallpaper. So you can have BG4all in both modes, with different wallpaper if you choose. It also adds the day of the week to your slider tab.

High quality bg4all in portrait and landscape or simple bg4all w/ call history (using cookie mod).

It will crop the portrait wallpaper in landscape mode. But will fill the screen.
No separate mode for each though, no.
You will not be disappointed with the Co0kie Home Tab Mod.
