Nice work colonel! One suggestion for revision - the Cootek TouchPal keyboard doesn't work (well, sort of). It looks like it's coded to use \Program Files\TouchPal directory for it's autocomplete library. Without that directory and files in the correct location the autocomplete doesn't work at all, and you end up not being able to type anything.

Nice to see the additional software added in since the 10/10 rom. Keep up the good work!

trying to use the 10/21 exe, first time trying a custom rom

i did the unlock, ran the exe, followed directions, when it begins the process, activesync closes (is it supposed to?), and it sits at 0% for a while before giving error 267

resetting the mogul and the host PC have resulted in this same issue

i've been searching around for a while and decided this was the best place to post my query

When you performed your unlock, what version of the Olipro bootloader did it show? You should have 1.20 Olipro.

Ah, its 1.10... How do i update this?

Make sure you download the latest unlocker and run it again. You will know if it completes as on your phone you will see it says 1.20 Olipro.

I realize this isn't the final release but I thought I'd give you some feedback as I'd really really like to try this rom. I keep getting Error 262 Update error. Every time I run it, I get the sound of a usb disconnect, activesync closes, the phone goes from the red blue stripe screen, then I get a 0% indicator on the phone. I realize other people are running it so it must be something about my system.

Some background
Core 2 2.6 GHz
2 GIGs of ram
No other apps open
Win XP Pro SP2 and all patches since
I've turned off AV and firewall
I've also tried resetting my PC
Using Active synce 4.5
I've made sure I'm using a USB direct cable - not the headphone splitter
Using the USB cable that came with the phone.
My phone will reset properly each time - no issues
My phone syncs afterwards no issues
Your update program recognizes the older firmware on my phone each time.

I've tried checking the event view - nothing showing at the time of the update
I've opened device manager - phone disappears from the device manager until I reset the phone.

Boe you need to run the unlocker as this rom is a custom and the stock bootloader will not load custom roms. Check out the Hard SPL thread and the walkthrough stickies
