I tend to be a technically savy individual but I've hit a bit of a road block with my upgrade. I've successfully unlocked and upgraded both the main and radio roms, but it wasn't until after my phone kept rebooting about every 10 seconds that I read that the SPL had to be 2.40 to prevent the rebooting. I can't get this thing to take the 2.40 SPL. When I boot up it keeps showing "TITA100 SPL-1.20. Olipro". Have tried re-flashing main rom and SPL. How can I get this thing to accept the SPL-2.40? If I re-flash to Alltel's rom, will it set the SPL back to original factory setting? I don't want to brick this thing now after I've spent all this time trying to figure this all out. Guess I should of used DSD's unlocker to begin with? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

in order to update your bootloader you will need to flash a compatible ROM and then follow the instructions to install Olipro 2.40 - since you have 1.20 currently you will need a ROM that is compatible with 1.20 for example 2.16

I have Vista64bit and this fails to work for me when the command prompt loads. IS there a workaround? i really want to flash my phone!

You could always try VMWare.

It seems that many users are navigating to the first post in this thread, and either through the lack of background knowledge to understand it or the lack of patience to read it, are just clicking on the first link and downloading and installing the old 1.20 unlocker on a device with a GPS ROM. This then seems to require flashing a pre-GPS ROM in order to boot back into Windows to install the correct 2.40 bootloader, putting them at risk of contributing their device to ImCoKeMaN's new patio. Could someone edit the first post and put the 1.20 link at the bottom with a caveat that it is only for the older ROMs and is not the proper unlocker in most cases?

I am at this too. But I can reset and it goes back to stock ROM 3.35. I can't seem to get Olipro to stick so to speak. When I enter bootloader after I see the above screen I get TITA100 SPL-2.06.0000 CPLD-9 and under device information is shows: ROM version 3.35.651.2 Radio: 3.35.04

Nevermind! after over an hour of fighting, I WON! I decided to be more patient when running the unlocker and when it said to unplug and reconnect I waited about 3 seconds. Don't know if that did the trick or if the phone just gave up and decided I should win... but it worked!
