For splash I prolly will not do that, mainly because of too many users that are not from Texas. I do like your thoughts, so what I will do is create a theme than can be selected from the today settings.
It can be changed at anytime from the today settings menu. When I get some spare time I will do this, cuz I spend lots of hours now working on all this.

Hey Matt, looking forward to seeing that! You probably already know this, but just in case, be sure to "hang" the flag correctly if you go vertical. No sense in getting folks riled up unnecessarily.
