It is like that on all builds and have not looked at it yet cuz I just use it as a meter. As soon as I have some time I will see what can be done. I believe this is doing this on all the chefs roms, not sure. Just hasn't been a big deal cuz noone uses the popup.(just use it for the meter)
I might have time tonite. May have to find an english version and make and oem, I don't know just have not addressed this.

THe only for now is to not hit the top meter. Like I said I have not looked at anything on it. If you find something then let us know. Otherwise I will look tonite.

I will be working on a new build tonite as well.
23016 is out this morning.
So if someone could find an english version of the dcibattery and memoy then post it, I will convert it to an oem and use it. Or I will also look tonite. I am at work today.
