u cant remove it in the 6.5 roms because it is integrated in the title bar unless you mnake a custum icon package and adjust all the ohter icons to take up the space

here is your 23069 build http://www.4shared.com/file/14091244...dBBS23069.html

changes???
-maybe some gui cant tell

i did update my own honeycomb look

my opinion: if you have 23064 stay with it, if you like to test then flash
again this is not an update "needed" to be done even if i made the honeycomb look better IMO

I am still having two of the same issues that i had with 23053B

1. After charging/syncing with the laptop and removing the USB cable it doesnt seem to realize that you have actually unhooked it from the computer, i still have the charging icon for the battery gauge, however the S2U2 walpaper is NOT the charging walpaper so that is good, but still weird the battey gauge on the top bar is the pluged in gauge. The bigger issue related to this is that after unpluging insetad of switching the data connection back to EVDO it remains disconnected and has the right left arrows so you can check email or get any dataconnection through EVDO, i opened task manager and didnt see anything still open so i opened and then closed active sync and then the right left arrows changed back to the Ev icon and i was back running again, however the batter gauge still shows plugged in and wont clear without a soft reset.

2. the screen doesnt fit with the bottom bar with the windows icon and X. the bottom 1/8 inch of the screen is coverd by the bottom bar, this is an issue when using some programs such as Sprite, the bottom bar almost completly covers the backup button, also when opening texts the bottom bar covers the last reply upon opening, you can scoll down so you can read it, but then the bottom bar is covering most of your reply box, this is workable but annoying.

So far these are the biggest issues i have found, with 23053b i did have a few instances of recieveing phone calls that put the phone into soft reset, i'm not sure what was up with that, i'll let you know if i get that again. having the X on the today screen to close open apps would be nice but this is easily taken care of with task manager on the programs screen. Havent had it off the charger for long enough to get a good feel for battery life but i'm sure it'll be good to great like 23053 was.

Once again good job, i like the look and feel of it, if theres anything you need me to do/test to help diagnose these issues let me know, thanks

Doug

Hello everyone. Just wanted to add my 2 cents... I am having the same issues described by evilbeef with 23064.

Last night I had it on activesync when I got a message saying my battery was low.. so I unplugged it and did a soft reset. When it came back up, battery was suddenly at around 40% and stayed pretty steady.

Also, I have been having mms problems for a while and finally today I started being able to send/receive mms. Unfortunately, didnt last too long, after a while the same issue I've been having started again... Alert says something like "unable to receive your msg. Msg notification will remain in your inbox." Then I get "gateway time-out". Well, this gateway time-out which puts an envelope icon at the top with an exclamation point stays there. If i select it, I get a message at the bottom of the display but the Dismiss option is greyed out (???).. It would be nice to get rid of the icon but even better to get my mms working like before

Now, I am not sure if it's just me or maybe I just need to mess with it more but there seems to be some inconsistencies in the event notifications. I think the name of the messaging notifications in the drop down is confusing. I dunnno... I mean what is the difference between MMS downloaded and New MMS ? I like to just get notified of a new mms/text or notified if my MMS was sent. Dont remember ever having an ordeal with this part LOL...

Thanks!!

Re: Windows 6.5 XV6800/Titan 23071

downloaded and am testing now. Seems very stable.

The issues I reported on 23064 are fixed ... it recognizes contacts when entered via hardware keyboard for new SMS messaging and IE seems to be more stable.

Great Job once again!

Re: Windows 6.5 XV6800/Titan 23071

23071 seems to be a step up in most regards. These latest roms have taken a few steps back in there alarm feature department. A while ago, when the alarm went off you could tell it how long to snooze for. That was taken away and you only had the option to hit snooze, which would snooze for about 10 minutes. In this last build there isn't even a snooze button that I can see.

Anyone else use the alarm?

Thanks! I will try this out.

Also, is anyone experiencing problems connecting their phone on Windows 7? The Windows Mobile Device Center detects that something is connected, but returns an error. I don't want to sync with my old computer anymore, but Windows 7 is being stubborn.
