Mattsm, how did you upgrade your radio to 3.42.50? I have the 3.42.02... And, I'll need to do softreset when install the ROM, before it run the thing of the 3 secs?... I'm from Venezuela, so my carrier isn't on DCD carriers... I have the ROM 3.56.651 from Sprint, but doing the sofreset I still have my carrier... Is this neccesary in this ROM to, at least for the Venezeula or others countrys users...

I am one who downloaded but I have not thanked yet, but only because I don't know what to do with the ~official.rar file.
When I have updated ROM before there was some type of executable file.
Help!

Need to unrar it first and it will give you a rom update utility.

I'm beginning to think I am losing it. I downloaded 7zip and extracted everything including ROMUPDATEUTILITY.EXE but can't do anything with it. Can you try to help me again?

Correct this has no customization to run. You will have to find cab for some apps you want because this is bare. Or just cook one up in the Kitchen.
