I was not having that problem with either 20931 or No2Chems ROM. It sounds like some other profile or program you have installed is taking control of it.

I have a carrier not supported by BuildOS (Illinois Valley Cellular)... what do I need to do to make a carrier CAB for them? Who can I talk to? I'm willing to do whatever I need to do.

Maybe - But 20931 and 20924 are still way too buggy on my Titan. So, I went back to 20755 again - my latest "most stable version".
