Linux/Android working on Titan

managed to get android working on my titan.

things i noticed:

first boot attempt, it said not enough memory, so soft resetted before booting again.

kinda cool watching it boot into linux with the little penguin thing.


limited keyboard function, all i used was Q = menu and caps/lock to close program.

desktop/home screen interface required some decent finger scroll or stylus movement to move back and forth across the 3 screens.

when you open the applications tab, if you scroll down, it's easy to accidentally open a program shortcut.

calls work, calling out, it would take several rings before the other phone would start ringing.

sms - can receive, but couldnt type up a text to reply.

overall, still a lot of work required but lots of potential

You know that you can press your camera button to pop up a full-screen keyboard, right?

I moved my files into \Storage Card\ but Sadly I am still getting A Black Screen with the Linux Penguin on the Top Right corner.

Was my Default.txt file write? User Name Password Correct?

So here were my steps to trying it out.

Put the all files into \Storage Card\
Changed my default text to the following

set MTYPE 1667
set KERNEL zImage
#set initrd initrd.gz
set initrd initrd
set cmdline "ppp.username=username@sprintpcs.com ppp.password=password console=ttyMSM0"
boot

Ran the program haret.exe by going into file explorer
Chose default.txt and clicked on run.

Memory card = Kingston 2gb
