This is on the 512MB stock card, formatted to FAT32, using the latest files from the website.

Yeah thats more or less what I'm getting when trying to boot.

Mounting /dev/block/mmcblk0p1 on /sdcard failed: Invalid Argument

/bin/sh: Cant access tty; Job control turned off.

Any ideas on how to get around this?
