After running the .exe, my phone stays on the tri-color screen with the word "serial" at the bottom. I am using a 1 gig PNY card. Any ideas?

I have tried formatting using my two computers to FAT32 with 1024 cluster as well as letting no2's program try. Nothing seems to work.

I am convinced that some cards just don't work for flashing, although I cannot explain why. I myself have one of these cards. It is a 1 gb Kingston. No matter what the format settings or allocation size, it simply will not work. My other cards work fine, using the same settings.

One that should work for sure is the 512mb card that comes with the mogul. Thats the one I use.

That is a possibility. My Westinghouse LCD TV can get firmware updates through a USB port on the TV and their website states that some USB drives may not work.

well, the 512 MB card that comes with the device will work for sure, as some people noted. A future version will let you override the check...

comes with the device? You mentioned that in an earlier post.. is that a sprint thing? mine sure didn't come with one!

It's a Sprint thing - mine didn't come with one either - buy a Sandisk one if you don't already have one - they seem to work! Mine does!

I notice the PDF of instructions shows that a TITAIMG.nbh on the card should be deleted. I am assuming this is to avoid flashing a ROM by accident. Is this only for the root directory of the card, or anywhere on the card?

It would only see it in the root directory, so anywhere else should be safe. Considering I have them elsewhere on my phone and the process went smoothly for me, it's not a problem.

FYI guys my 2 gig card failed once then I tried again and it flashed just fine.... Maybe try a few times if you are having problems...
