no i just make a folder and extract it to there then go in the folder that says RUU and hit rom update utility and then just follow the instructions. also make sure your phones spl is unlocked i wouldnt want you bricking your phone.

SPL = Bootloader

You must have an unlocked bootloader (either no2chem's or olipro's for Titan) to flash custom ROMs
Press Cam + Power + Reset to enter bootloader
If your titan says 2.40 then you are good to flash this ROM

thank you for the explanation i would have but i was on the phone trying to get some important things nailed down and i have been quite busy today with this and other things and right now my mind can only focus on one thing.

You really need to read the stickys at the top of the forum. They explain how to do all this and then some. All your questions will be answered there.
