Re: Titan WM6.1 No2Chem 5067 Kitchen

Another issue that has re-re-re-reared its ugly head: ICS via USB will not assign a valid IP address to my laptop if Bluetooth is turned "On". Turn off Bluetooth, and ICS via USB works fine.

I have asked this before (without getting any responses), but: Does anybody know what registry setting(s) fix this problem?

ICS has worked properly with Bluetooth "On" in some of the previous WM6.1 Kitchens, so there must be a setting of some sort that fixes this.

Cheers!

Re: Titan WM6.1 No2Chem 5067 Kitchen

Ok, so the one major thing i'm still a noob at is cooking my own rom (right now I'm running no2chem's 5060). Haven't had the balls to do it till now. Just a couple of questions. First, whats the difference between "nueROM v2.1 build 5067" and "Basekit 5067". Also, if i want to upgrade the radio from 3.35 to 3.39 i have to install sprint's official rom, right? Now i asked someone before if i have to use the relocker to put on an offical rom, and they said no, but in the upgrade guide it says yes...what should i do? Thanks in advance.

You didn't pick a valid selections.txt when buildos first opened.

Donations don't necessarily take effect immediately. In your case, however, it was my fault...should be fixed now.

NueROMs are ROMs. Basekits are the files needed to build that ROM in a kitchen, but not necessarily in kitchen format - if you don't know what you're doing, leave them alone (they're provided for people who have the skills and the tools to live on the bleeding edge).

It's not necessary to relock/unlock once unlocked, unless you unlocked with a version other than 2.40. In that case, you need to relock, then unlock w/ 2.40. The prior versions do not support GPS roms.

Thanks. I unlocked with 2.4 so i should be good. So, if i don't know what I'm doing, how can i learn (as far as i can tell, don't i just pick the features that i want and then click build rom?)? Anywhere i should go and read? And if i just try and flash a rom that doesnt work for whatever reason, i can just flash back to my current rom, right? Or can i brick the phone?

O, one more thing, if you still think i shouldn't try it, do you recommend upgrading to his 5067? Cause 5060 has been perfect and 100% stable for me, even after i added my millions of cabs for whatever i wanted.

NipTuck - You don't need to install the Sprint Official ROM to install Radio 3.39. The attached file will let you flash Radio 3.39 from a microSD card. (courtesy of vetVito).

Cheers!
