Just curious, the latest kitchen updates I've been able to get were dated the 20th and they were essentially PPC-BuildOS.exe and PPCGeeks_OEM.rar. Has there been an update since then?

maybe, just run updater from start -> pr0gs -> ppckitchen -> updater
that should tell you if there's any new updates

Re: Titan 3.49 Kitchen

JimSmith94; you are good to this point in time, no later updates for BuildOS out yet. ppckitchen.org was doing maintenance earlier...so server access was sort of intermittent for some users. seems to be back up now though.

Re: Titan 3.49 Kitchen

You needn't be terribly concerned about whether you have the most recent buildos update...if you _need_ an update to buildos, when you run it you'll get a "This version has expired" message. Updater, as always, will let you know when updates to any download are available, even if they're not required updates.

Updater checks the available downloads whenever you start buildos.

um, sure. Hetal was supposed to give us the info necessary to do this. However, he still hasn't. Is there a released rom to base it off of? By that I mean we need to be able to set up the carrier info and such. Or, do you just need a generic rom?

Re: Titan 3.49 Kitchen

If anyone has been finding apps that don't work with this rom (but used to work in older roms), please post about it here:
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=27540

We're trying to compile a list. Thanks!

One minor issue. I cannot seem to unlock the extrom properly to wipe it clean. I am using NueExtRom app in the kitchen. It tells me to soft reset, and once I do I cannot delete a single file. Am I doing something wrong in the build? Second when I run a second build I get an error message, but can say ok and the build moves on. Its attached in this msg.

Thanks,

Also using this 3.49 Kitchen ROM on Verizon. A bit early to tell, internet sharing is working after deleteing the "extensions" registry key as mentioned elsewhere. but I am definitely having trouble accessing the files in the Entended ROM. Cannot delete, even with nueExtended rom tool and base OEMs.
