the last rom was not released until about 11am eastern or so i'd say.... Sprint told me June 3 but who knows. I think they usually only release on a monday unless some big issue....

Cool. I will keep an eye out for it. My phone has really been acting up the last couple of days. I have had to do soft resets up to 4x back to back just to get the phone to come on. It wont wake up from sleep mode. I have less programs installed on the device than I normally do. I installed alot to the memory card. And for some reason I know keep bout 19 - 17MB of RAm free. I have never gotten that much. It just started happening in the last week or so. But my phone is acting up worse than when I have 8MB free.

Well just got off the phone with Sprint, talked to a very intelligent rep (no kidding great guy) and it seems that they don't have a release date but the word is this ROM (3.49, radio 3.39.10) for Sprint is indeed the "almost official, but still technically beta" WM 6.1 update that many are expecting.

Got an email back from sprint support and they are saying 6/15/08, so as the date moves further and further we sit. If you want to get the beta release here is the link
