I agree with you on this issue. I almost want to flash back to WM6 because of this. When a phone call comes in while the GPS is running, it shuts down the GPS and you have to manually launch the program to get it running again. Does anyone have a workaround for this?

I think I read somewhere in these threads that the today screen dont install when you got a pocket pc wm6.1 professional. I'm still reading through these trying to making sense of it all.

I dont know what the radio and the kitchen and all that is, but I downloaded earlier on these pages the full rom update, ran it, rebooted and came up with large start menu. Text messages were in conversation mode and I liked that. Sprint TV added a link to download cab and installed when I ran it. I did that and got channel lists; many are subscribe choices but some have been free and it seemed nice. I never used Sprint TV before.

IE zooms out in desktop mode to see whole screen. I reinstalled all of my programs including my spb mobile shell, wisbar and htc home plugin... They all worked, system seems a little snappier; today maintenance screen (from settings) is definately faster. GPS worked, but didnt test for very long yet.

Overall, I've used this OS half a day now, and I dont think I see a reason to flash back, only added a few features here and there... I wish home screen worked for me.

I was thinking the samething. Didnt a poster say it would be out today, since he got the date right of the last ROM release?? I dont see a new ROM.

the last rom was not released until about 11am eastern or so i'd say.... Sprint told me June 3 but who knows. I think they usually only release on a monday unless some big issue....

Cool. I will keep an eye out for it. My phone has really been acting up the last couple of days. I have had to do soft resets up to 4x back to back just to get the phone to come on. It wont wake up from sleep mode. I have less programs installed on the device than I normally do. I installed alot to the memory card. And for some reason I know keep bout 19 - 17MB of RAm free. I have never gotten that much. It just started happening in the last week or so. But my phone is acting up worse than when I have 8MB free.
