Most recently I accidentally let Sprint customizations run. I knew not to but it slipped by me (it was late)! I have a two part question, please give me your feedback/ideas: 1) The reason I used Sprint's upgrade was because I couldn't get the titan_radio_3.35.04 to load/flash after I unlocked with OLLIPRO 2.40 (it gave me a 3xx error code). Do you think this is because I needed to relock first? At this point I can make/receive calls and make/receive text and wifi works. But NO data, email, or gps or anything like that. None of the ## codes that work with USCC work on my phone right now (*228, ##3424, the epst pw is NOT 000000, etc) and "SprintPCS" is all over my phone! 2) I do want to accomplish this upgrade! How can I, or rather, can I basically start again by downgrading with the USCC stock ROM? The next obvious question is can anyone point me to the stock ROM? I have been looking everywhere for a few days with no luck. I am not really afraid of the risk and what *might* happen since I am already basically using a bigger, less sexy LG UX260/Rumor! ha ha! I do have a good relationship with my USCC local "peeps" but I have a sneaking suspicion they won't be so willing to help with "SprintPCS" scrawled across my screen! Thanks so much! |

Re: Uscc 6800 Gps, Custom Roms, Downgrading Guide
wow. Couldn't get codes to work (##000000, ##diag) if i would have looked in program files i would have seen "phone codes" would have made life easier.....a few more days i will have new Sprint, Verizon, South Cellular,Bell USCC tagged phone figured out. Thank You For The Great Write Up.
Phone works great. gps fast and accurate. internet better. USCC gets the middle finger. "you can't hack CDMA" Ha Funny. Now 5 am. think i will end 12 hour adventure. Garrette Last edited by One2spooku; 06-25-2008 at 07:55 AM. |
