I still want to try a few other roms before i decide on what one to run but i dont want to lose this one.

If you haven't tried to make a new rom since the last time you burned in your current rom, you can look for the .nbh file and rename it to something that would remind you what is was. Then you can mix and match new ones and always re-rename the original back and reburn it if you later decided to do so.
