I have found that with WeatherPanel you need to disable the today plugin before the first soft reset. After resetting, re-enable the today plugin and all should be fine from then on.

anyone notice any speed differences between this build and the new OEM from HTC? I didn't think I loaded up my ROM too much, but I use WAD and with this build it *seems* slower going from screen to screen than with the stock HTC.

I'm going to try going back and forth a bit ( lame day at work today ) and try not loading so much stuff on the ROM and see if I can figure out what it is...

I believe this is a problem with WP-Pilot that is included with weather panel. It is its own seperate Today Plugin, and seems to have issues for some reason. This has been addressed and will be updated. In the meantime, you can add the following reg to your personal OEM's .rgu to disable the plugin on startup:

i forgot to add S2U when cooking my rom and i really want that dark htc gif that comes default with it. is there somewhere i could get that?

Just need clarification, if i do not select any of the dialers in the kitchen while cooking my rom, it'll still give me just the default/stock dialer correct?
