You can use OEMIZER if the cabs are simple and add them to your USER_OEM directory. I dropped in QUICKGPS and created my own package for doing all my Owner information, etc.

I have tried each of the Titan Kitchens and get the same error each time. I take the defaults for the install and run updater prior to running Buildos the first time. I am an administrator on the computer running the app. I even tried running as admin on the Vista computer. Im certain its something Im doing I just havent figured it out yet. I have even tried it from the other model options to run nbhgen with the same result.

Thanks for everything...

Or, I use the sprint base and have the same wifi problems I have now, since it will be the same wm6 as I have now.

Gotcha.

Can you tell me if you guys are planning on updating the base, or is that possible for me to do?
I don't want to presume to speak for any cooker or member of the kitchen team, but it seems to me that (from a packaging) perspective, we have been given a kitchen that works very well, when paired with a base kit that has been constructed in such a way as to take advantage of the kitchen. A base for 5059 was supplied very early on Monday and was revised (fix) within two hours.

This new base kit is out there for no2chem's 5059 build. If you want all of the pieces pre-selected that are in 5059, then read this http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...postcount=3548 and you will be able to create a rom using 5059 as a base and add/remove items, based on your personal preferences and the options available in the kitchen.

If there are different rom's that you would like to see available in the ppckitchen, consider asking that rom author to port their rom's as a base kit for the ppckitchen.

If that's what you named it, you named it wrong. It's Readme.no2chem.txt.

I hope everyone understands that you take additional risk when you create and or use kitchens not officially provided by ppckitchen.org. People often get excited to release the latest and greatest without taking the time to validate or integrate properly. If you do run a kitchen not provided by ppckitchen.org, please post questions in the appropriate author's thread, not here.

If you are a kitchen author and would like your kitchen and updates to be available via PPCkitchen, please contact us.

Not Sharing well with others!

Hi, guys!

I flashed the Kitchen yesterday (my first flash on my brand-new XV6700 with Verizon), and saw the following issue:
  • Phone flashed normally (though, I was scared a little when it looked like the phone was stuck @ 11% for a couple of minutes!)
  • The booted up fine and seemed to be operating OK.
  • I tried connecting to the internet using Internet Sharing to test my speeds. I connected fine, and saw good download speeds of around 760 kbps.
  • I rebooted the phone after installing some more software (Live Search and WM5torage 1.
  • The Problem: Now, I can no longer get Internet Sharing to work properly. I have a good data connection (I can surf the 'net), but when I try to start Internet Sharing, I can not get an IP address on my laptop assigned in the "192.168.x.x" range. Instead, I get a "limited connectivity" IP address in Microsoft's reserved "169.254.x.x" range.
I did not see this problem with my XV6700 running the WM6.1 Kitchen.

Please help!
