Rom 3.35 sucks and why!

I wasnt trying to start a flame war with my initial post. really i was just trying to let the OP know that there were several places he could have put his opinion that were active and already created.

Anyway the OP has not even logged back on to PPCGeeks since his reply to my original post. Maybe a Moderator can lock this thread? It really doesnt serve any purpose anymore.

Dude, there are always gonna be shortcomings with any tech device but throwing a tantrum doesn't help your cause much. They actually came out with a new ROM that has gps and RevA working great. Instead of just complaining about things being missing maybe you can help some of the people here who develop solutions to problems and challenges we run into.

yes there are other ways to watch tv on the mogul but why should i have to bay mobi tv when sprint has sprint tv as part of the simply everything unlimited plan

when i goto http://www.thestreamcenter.com/pda/ and select "OH" for example it used to be very fast in scrooling down the page, now it is so slow it doubles up on itself! To me is is a step backwards. I will try it in Opera. Put i like IE as it is the standard. I would love to try a 6.1 rom put i can not find one that is easy to install like doing a sprint rom

People actually need to take extra care when communicating via text b/c there is no tone. The same post could be taken multiple ways depending on the mindset of the reader. pie is slower alot slower check out http://www.thestreamcenter.com/pda/ and select "OH" and scrool down or try to drag your cursor down and see how slow it is.

As for 6.1... why don't you do a search on google for it.. your only really missing out on threaded SMS... thats about it. My PIE is faster than it has ever been (Along with everything else). I went to the site you mention and it loaded the whole page in about 10 seconds.. scrolling.. ya it was a bit slow, but not painfully slow or unreasonable. It might have something to do with the fact that www.thestreamcenter.com is over 1MB of primarily text. If I go to "OH" for Ohio, the page is much smaller.. and it's much faster. Of course you could read the homepage where it recommends you use the PDA formatted site at http://www.thestreamcenter.com/pda/ where it wasn't any slower than any other site.

I guess I fail to "See how slow it is now!".

I know how to fix your problem however. Switch providers and get an iPhone... at least that way you won't have to worry about upgrades and ROMs and Flashing.. cause that isn't available. Problem Solved.
