Rom 3.35 sucks and why!

I also agree. I like the new rom. GPS is great and Rev A can only get better and better. I also like what might be signs of microsofts intent to make some "CHANGE" ack.. im tired of that word... in their direction with windows mobile. I was irritated with some program exceptions and the "Do you want to send this to Microsoft" stuff.. but I started thinking about the recent arrival of the Windows update feature but no updates and I am going to remain optimistic that we might see some rapid developement with more stability in the future.

I persoanally dont find anything with 6.1 worth getting upset at possibly the best pay-out in rom updates we may have ever seen; from the manufacturer that is. Mine has been as stable as before and I have no major setbacks. GPS and Rev A are gifts to be appreciated.

well since my upgrade my mogul is def better. i use the xm and mobi tv. also i have sling box so tv watching is no problem. no sprint tv, but i can use mobi tv

As an alternative to wanting sprint TV, why dont people use ORB in conjunction with a tv tuner for around 30 dollars for their PC. Its live TV all the time and you can watch any channel you want. Live TV is always better than recorded clips that hardly ever change. O well.

Sprint TV would be a nice perk, but this rom is FAR from suck. I do need an extended battery now though...I'm using the GPS waaaay too much, hehe.

It may have been the OP's intentions to post personal opinions on why he/she feels the new rom is..., in their opinion, inadequate. This thread would have served a more useful purpose had everyone posted more creative criticism rather than taking pop shots at the OP.

Why as a community do we feel the need to attack and perpetuate a useless thread of derogitory conversation of which will inevitably be closed my a moderator and take up precious server space when we anyone could have simply replied with relevant-similar experience?

You will find that more and more people will be reluctant to post for fear of flaming and other forms of negative reprisal in the future, a by-product of the intolerances of others...

Huh, like that's anything new. It really is a shame though. People get pretty brave when facing a monitor, eh? It's REALLY bad on the bike forums I frequent. Zero tolerance.

People actually need to take extra care when communicating via text b/c there is no tone. The same post could be taken multiple ways depending on the mindset of the reader. I try to think of all the ways that my message could be taken and add a "not to offend" or "don't take this THIS way b/c here's how I intend it to be interpreted" kinda crap.

Still doesn't always work out.

Either way, there are way too many people out there that are brave behind the PC b/c they can't be that way in REAL life. It's a way for them to get it out of their system w/o gunning down the local college campus at least, eh?

some people just cant be pleased. the new rom brings all that sprint intially advertised. i say if u dont like it switch carriers.
