There was a carrier ROM version of 3.0.0 but he pulled it when he released 3.0.1. I'm not familiar with kitchen installations, which is the reason I perfer a ROM. I guess I should go get learned.

I kind of felt the same way as you and just waited for the roms to get posted but the kitchen is SO easy to use plus you can tweak it to your liking if you choose. I put step by steps on the first page of this thread.

I'll give it shot, even though I've flashed my ROM twice this week.

The only bad part is re-installing all my programs every other day.

Get Sprite. I have not had to do a reinstall. If you are on 6.1 already you can do a "Device" (or possibly a "ROM" depending on your results) Install if you are coming from 6.0 you do a "Safe" install. You have to reinstall only the programs that write to the registery (i.e. PocketCM, SBP PP, Mail programs etc...)

Doesn't really matter at the moment, with 2 flashes in a week I haven't even gotten everything back on yet.

eehrhard, just wanted to thank you for your little tutorial at the beginning of the thread on how to use the kitchen. I thought it was really advanced and required coding or something.

Its actually really damn easy and a lot of fun. Thanks for giving me the courage to try it out. Im hooked!
