Re: For those having issues with ActiveSync connectivity

When opening the device manager, does the phone show up in the list?

Re: For those having issues with ActiveSync connectivity

I was just now having issues and ActiveSync was erroring out. I deleted the device and reconnected. All is well now.

Delete the device in AS by choosing File -> Delete Mobile Device (phone must be disconnected.)

Re: For those having issues with ActiveSync connectivity

I keep getting "One of the USB devices attatched to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it."

After further investigation, aparently the drivers for the phone aren't there after I flashed 6.1. Does anyone have these?

**Edit**
I re-installed activesync in hopes it was an error on its end....nope =(.

Re: For those having issues with ActiveSync connectivity

I have issues with Vista after doing a FW upgrade. I just reinstall the windows driver and it works fine. No deleting anything. Just reinstall.

Re: For those having issues with ActiveSync connectivity

Fixing the connectivity issues is simple:

In your phone, in the "USB to PC connection" program, uncheck the only box that's there ( I forget exactly what it is ). Then connect up your phone.
