Another challenge I've been having is that anytime I soft reset, on the main Today screen the bottom quarter inch is blank (where the old 'soft button' labels would be) and I get a scroll bar - rather than getting all the UL icons along the bottom.

If I change themes, the problem goes away - until the next soft reset.

Anyone have ideas on that one?

Did you install Quickmenu? Reason being this happened to me when installing QM....

Nope, but come to think of it I did fiddle with 'Soft Keys' configuration, but set it back to the way Nex had it originally with no change in behavior.

Yes, same issue here. I installed Pocket Controller Pro and PDANet and it creates a "quicklaunch" area at the bottom of the screen, about a quarter inch, which then means that the scroll bar is produced. I tightened up the screen by going the UL display options and reduced icon sizes and deleting a few of the programs on the launch page (I don't have a sling player, don't use IRC, etc etc) Now the pages look a bit cleaner.

Is there any way to change the size of the Time display ? Probably don't need to now, but I might want to play with that option.

Strange, I had that problem in a previous ROM - it went away after a reboot. I haven't had that problem in this ROM. Yet.

Thought it might be that and tried rebooting. Even did a hard reset and still see the same problem. You will only see it after you called somebody. It doesn't show up the first time you open the phone app without calling someone.
