Re: VetVito's Aero Windows Mobile (6.1.1)

i seem to be missing the task manager that is in dcd's and no2chem's roms. is that here (where you can view and end processes that are running)? or is it a separate install... i see oxios and the memory option in settings fine.

edit: nevermind found in the start menu..

my bt500 won't pair properly, anyone else having this issue? pairs properly with my deck in the car though... hmmm..

edit2: soft reset / took out battery to mogul then paired fine.

I was under the assumption that in order to change how this worked, it was something that had to be built into the ROM when it was compiled. Hence my request to Vet since he doesn't have a kitchen for us to build our stuff from. If there's a cab file or driver that I can load after the fact, I wasn't aware of it. Could you explain this a little more Hippity? Thank you ahead of time.

VetVito, thanks for the update, I had your stock ROM loaded last week and the battery was updating at the 10% increments, so I'll give it another try tonight when I get home from work. (just tested it again, the stock rom on the first page does NOT have the 1% battery dll installed.)

****Update****
So I found out that this battery.dll module lives in the ROM. In normal circumstances, you cannot modify this file. Strohs went through the effort however to make a cab file for this. I'm attaching it here for anyone curious. I'll be keeping it for any subsequent ROM down the road that I use.

Also, the stock ROM on the first page does NOT have this included. That means you'll need to run this cab to get your battery to show in 1% increments instead of 10% increments

-K
I downloaded this zip onto my phone a few weeks ago and it did nothing, just set my battery bar at 0% all the time, it never changed even though I charged the phone over night. Any ideas?

Re: VetVito's Aero Windows Mobile (6.1.1)

Vet and others,
What do you guys think of installing WKTask? Or is it best to always use Task Manager to close open programs?

TIA,
tsp

Exclamation Re: VetVito's Aero Windows Mobile (6.1.1)

I do have to say this Rom is GREAT. awsome for mem and battery. only a few things in it i noticed that it needs.. a zip program and rar, or one that does both. and a GPS and BT toggle. voice command would be awsome also other then that this thing is spotless. got carried away from the looks of this thing and started playing with the vista wad in the theme place. man that program is a PITA...... Well great work and I hope som other things could be added on ohhhhhh SNAP I almost forgot next time PLEASE include TCPMP viewer so We can get youtube with this rom...... thanks again PEACE out

i have a stock 3.35 rom with 6.0. I want to go to this ROM and I don't think I will have any problems upgrading. my only question is though, is since i already have the new radio, will I have to install it again after I flash this puppy? or will it stick through the flash? my first custom rom, i r scerd.

Re: VetVito's Aero Windows Mobile (6.1.1)

sHockz,
You will not have to re-flash the radio, it will not be touched during the flash of this ROM.
Flash away and enjoy the beautiful work that VetVito has done!
