Data on TELUS WM6.1 GPS roms

hey everyone, thank you all for your support in trying to help me out. Glad to see some other telus p4000 users out there. So I had done the programming over air, but never did option 2 like someone suggested. This successfully updated my PRL to 11075 like someone else mentioned they have. Thanks for pointing out an obvious step I missed! This instantly fixed my only roaming issue (yes voice was working all along, just as roaming... apparently because of the PRL i had... it was spring specific I guess). However, data is still not working for me. I am downloading a1jatt's rom as we speak and I'll see if that solves the data issue.

No luck with a1jatt's rom. I get the same cannot connect when it dials #777. So I then used the relocker and flashed back to the stock WM6 TELUS rom and did *22803 and data again worked fine. Then unlocked the phone, installed a wm6.1 rom, flash to 3.27 radio... again still does not work... ran *22803... again not working

can you try this for me.
Flash telus OEM ... reprogram.. get data and voice working.

then

step one : unlock
step two : load my rom
step three: load radio 3.27

try to make a call .. if voice works
then try data..

Do not play with prl or any other settings if voice is working.

Tried this and still no dice... no idea what else I can even try.

You managed to update it to the newest TELUS PRL already right? Hrm, ok. Did you do a phone programming with option 1? Instead of pressing 2 I mean? The auto-provisioning? I noticed it updated a whole buncha things to do with my settings in PST when I FIRST upgraded my radio to 3.27.

I'll sift through my PST and try to remember what changed/what screens changed...

Yeah, every time I'd flash back down and then up to WM6.1 w/ radio 3.27 I would see if it would work... it wouldn't... then I'd *22083 and do option 2 to make sure I had the TELUS PRL, see if it would work... it wouldn't... then I'd do option 1... and again it would not work.

This is bugging the hell out of me. My career is as a Network Administrator and solving problems is my thing. This one has me stumped and it is driving me crazy.. knowing that other p4000 users have it working and I don't.

Hrm...ok something is messed up here. You shouldn't need to flash back and forth radios...tell me, what category listings do you have in PST? I remember DISTINCTLY that the categories changed after I did the autoprovision properly... (view info tab on the left after you go to PST.

Here's mine:
Display, A-Key, NAM Settings, CDMA Setting, Home SID/Home NID, Modem Settings, PRL, Data Parameters, Phone Directory, M.IP Settings, M.IP Default Profile, M.IP Customer Profile 1 through 5.

Start there and then we can compare other things if necessary...

I feel stupid but how do I flash to this rom ?
Can I just extract the files from DCD's 2.3.1 ROM exe and replace the .nbh with the one you provided ?

that should work if you already have olipro bootloader and 3.27 radio.
