My friend who's buddy works in the engineering department at Sprint told him sometime in March that an "Official Date" hadn't been picked and that once it was picked Sprint would release a statement prior to this, so this is what I have been banking on since December. To me it would make sense that Sprint would release a statement or something as a heads up since they know so many people are waiting on this Rev A, not only the Mogul users but our cousins the Touch users are waiting on the same update as well.

lol i got a story.....well i was on xbox live and i was playing halo 3 right right. and i was blasting these here fools and my phone rang....and the guy i was blasting was like what kinda phone you got? and i said mogul. he laughed and was like hmmm.... and i was like hmmm what? and he was like i am the president of htc..............i was like ok MUthaf*(^ when the 3.16 coming out and he said march 13................................................ .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ..................

Yeah, I'm thinking about just taking this phone back to Sprint, canceling my contract, and just going to AT&T for the Tilt. My contract was up before I bought this damn thing, and nothing has come up like it should've been.

If we close this thread, more will be created. We prefer to keep the speculation and venting on one thread.

As I said on my previous posts, when we used to close speculation threads everyone got their panties in a bunch, and this is why we did it... because absolutely nothing comes out of speculation threads.

Users wanted it, here you have it. I won't lie though, I've been very close to locking it due to the absolute lack everything.

i sorta agree with you...

but when i come here to try to find out details on the new rom release, and i have to sift thru pages of jokes and far-fetched speculations, then it gets sort of irritating. I understand your logic behind this though, lol so ill shut up now

That'll be an even bigger waste since AT&T is evil with their PDA services, but I'd jump ship along with you if this winds up being vaporware.
