Seriously... whats with all the sarcasm.
Lets look at the facts: 1. Sprint doesn't build phones. 2. Sprint doesn't have their own in house operating system (BREW, Symbian). So why would Sprint be building the ROM, and even if they did... Why treat this guy like crap? He heard from his friend. Even if he's wrong, lying, or drunk... Why be a jerk to him? Why all this negativity? I love my Mogul, I work for Sprint, I run SuperVillama's ROM. Its great. Stop being so negative. Please.

I think Sprint threw us a bone by releasing the 2.17 ROM on time as they said they would. I think they threw us a bone again by leaking this Beta copy of the new ROM to the public for testing. I would love for the new ROM to be out, but I want a fully working ROM.
Most of you guys have unlocked your phone anyway. So does it matter? I say we wait, but continue to voice our frustrations to make Sprint speed the process up.

No dice it is not posted anywhere on Sprint or HTC ! I knew it was going to be march.......(not that anyone believes anyone anymore) But i have had the inside on this. They were going to release it and found bugs. It was supposed to have been released 2 weeks ago, but the other bugs found caused them to push back again. But, we have No2 and DCD, so why is everybody complaining?

Since the rom update hasnt been released could it come with windows mobile 6.1 ?
microsoft didnt officially announce 6.1 so could that be the hold up. |

Since it's taking so long they are probably trying to get it as "perfect" as possible. The other ROMs were far from perfect. I bet this will be the final ROM update.

True. The new ROM will not have WM6.1 in it right? But the NoChems & DCD's do, right?
Do you have to relock your phone if you need to send it back to Sprint? |
