I seem to be stuck on Step #4.
I'm following the links to the 3.16 firmware posted by kmartburrito.
He says to download and extract the .rar, and rename it it to TITAIMG.nbh.
Format the miniSD card to FAT32, move it into the root. (just the part of the card, not in a folder or anything?)
Place the card back into the phone, and reset into bootloader mode.

This is where I'm stuck, he doesn't explain how to do this. Apparently holding down camera + power + resetting will put you into this mode, which I've done and I see RGB lines. But nothing happens from there.

It says "TITA100 [break] SPL-1.06.0000 [break] CPLD-9".
And at the very bottom it says "Serial", or "USB" depending on if I have it plugged in or not. What gives?

Nevermind.
Turns out just had to take the downloaded 3.16 and make sure the filename ended with ".exe", it only ended in ".ex" which fucked me.

Ran that and it's working now. Seems to think I'm roaming internationally though, lol...hopefully that isn't true because I'm on Telus in Canada.

i used the unlocker, was in tricolored boot mode and flashed dcd 2.2.6, then i reset into boot mode, the bootloader screen did sat spl-1.04.00 and i thought that was weird since i used unlocker olipro 2.4 but every time i tried to load radio 3.27 i got 0% and error 262, every time i unplugged the battery and turned it on, i got stuck the vzw screen. reset into bootloader, but nothing would else would load. finally i got a hold of the vzw stock rom, was able to flash that, and after a scary few hours have my new phone working again. im gonna stay with this rom until i get a better hold of what i did wrong, any help would be nice.

thanks

Re: An Easy Guide to Upgrading

About 5 minutes into the NoChem rom. loving it so far. Got GPS up and running after following the titan gps thread.

thanks for the writeup. With the baby coming, i can't dedicate much time to searching and hunting through posts like i used to. Was nice to have a guide where everything was. Made it easy and painless.

One question though... I didn't see mentioned in this thread... How do we verify/activate rev-a?

Re: An Easy Guide to Upgrading

Easy except the FTP links don't work anymore, so my phone is in limbo.

edit:

updated relocker link ftp://ppcgeeks:ezupload@up.ppcgeeks....n_Relocker.exe
