I agree with GnatGoSplat that doesnt look like anything but WM6 to me. Saw nothing but the info screen saying WM6.1 to make me believe this is what has taken Microsoft so long to produce. I'll just hope it isnt an attempt to boost website hits, that would be quite sad. I for one will wait for official 6.1 release.
That 5.6 mb free memory blows too, I do better than that with the 3.16 leaked ROm with 6-7 apps open, probably double that. If that is the best Microsoft has to offer that is a pretty sorry release, I'd be embarrassed to be Bill Gates and put MY company name on that crapola.

This thing is awesome. Previously, When using windows mobile if you turned off the screen WMP would stop. Now, you can turn off the screen and it keeps playing. Before, I would work around this by using the device lock and having it toggle off the screen. This was not a great solution b/c every time I fast forwarded a song, the device would wake up and turn on for however many seconds I had it set to. Now, I can have the screen off and fast forward and will and the screen never turns on. FINALLY!!!!
Not to mention it's faster, Bluetooth works with MS voice command now...GPS is convenient but not as strong as my freedom mini. |

We wish it was the Mogul. I could only imagine how sweet that interface would be on one! The threaded SMS program looks exactly the same as No2Chem nueROM's, but some of the other stuff just looks... sexier. |
