The first place I saw this supposed "WM6" was a Chinese site. The Chinese are really REALLY good at copying things, hardware, software, anything. It could be some Chinese programmer made his vision of what WM6.1 should look like. Who knows, maybe they integrated bits and pieces of real WM6.1 into a Frankenstein OS. The 19176 build was probably first seen at the chinese site, but its definitely not the first build we've seen of wm6.1 ... there have been many other early ones.. and im pretty sure they were wwe...
