Not being able to turn IR on using the comm manager and the folder issue with the folders not refreshing to when you paste something. I and a few others posted about it a few pages back.

Is anyone having problems with scrolling in build 5041? Scroll bars are not functioning. They're there, they just aren't working, like they're failing a hit-test of something.

A quick search of scroll on this thread didn't help...

Try align screen. This step is default in standard ROM but is skipped in No2Chem. This worked for me.

I was just getting ready to update my post after I aligned my screen.

Now only problem is EXTREME sluggishness. The X when aligning the screen took 15 seconds to move from one corner to the other...all other keys or screen taps are just as sluggish.

Not sure about sluggishness. I am on 5040 and it is quite responsive. BTW, I disabled clear text, characters were not clear.

The align screen definitely threw me off for a while as well. Is there anyway we could get that back at startup? Maybe it's better overall to have it done manually but it is convenient.

As for cleartype, I never really tried it before 5041 and I've had the phone since August. At first it seems weird and not as clear but after using it for a few hours I am used to it and prefer it. I think I didn't like it before because when you look closely at it, it seems less clear but from farther back and angles, it is easier to read so long as you aren't studying it.

this simply don't work for me. as i said earlier. setting>system>screen>alignment. open the program but tapping the screen it does nothing as it should. no response on it. on build 41

hard reset and restored backup fixed it
