took me a bit to find the "OK" key to hit "enter" after selecting the SDcard:update.zip!

updating now....

i think you could do a restore of data maybe

or reinstall them

Nevermind, my phone was plugged in and the card was unmounted. I thought it was just charging. Glad I figured this out before I uninstalled and reinstalled all the programs! D'OH!
