It depends on the rom your on. You can't upgrade to is from the i3 rom, not sure on EF02 Plus rom. I did the OTA from the stock EF02. Then it kept asking me if I wanted to OTA back.

Must be something with EF02Plus then. It will download the update but won't install it. Is there a way to extract the EF10 modem update after it downloads but before it installs? Maybe then someone could take that and make something we can flash with CWM.

I've search and can't find the EF10 modem by itself. There was a thread in the xda general section where someone thought they had captured it, but it turned out to be false.

It should be in the cache folder..if you can get it prior to it downloading then via logcat

You're going to have to say that in English. If I go to Settings>About Phone>System Updates>Update Firmware my phone will download the EF10 modem. How do I get the update out of my phone once the download is finished (but before I install it)?

use your favorie file manager..mine is es file manager and navigate to the "cache" folder..the one outside the sd card. see anything there?

what about on the sd card? also if your filemanager has a setting to see hidden files enable that..

if not still, try using the file manager search to search for "update" or ".zip"

There is no folder on the SD card called "cache", at least not on the root directory. Any other ideas where that download could be hiding?
