Hey gTen, what's your RDP client of choice? Did you try a few of them first? Before I drop $25 on one of them I'd like to hear pros/cons. Thx

Re: Epic 4G replacement?

Yeah... 10% is Massive... Have you seen the size of those dimes?
LOL.
I get it gTen. I loved my keyboards on my previous 2 devices... I'm just saying I don't miss them as much as I thought I would.

And if you can't you can't but I don't see much else coming out or even rumored with a keyboard from Sprint.

Options?

Keep your old phone, Adjust to change, Change providers.

I thought the original post was that the g/f TP2 didn't cut it anymore and they wanted to get another phone. I just stated that lots of things are happening right now and that I prefer to see how buying 20 billion dollars of "not proven" technology will help Sprint fill in the gaps and stay afloat. If the AT&T/TMobile merger is allowed to stick on top of this, then it can be all downhill from here. In the interim, I'm saying just buy a referb'd Epic and wait it out...

I have, however, not seen the coverage gaps quantified as a mere 10% figure but if you look at the before and after maps together on the same screen it seems much larger then that. Where did you get the 10% figure from, just curious?

See above in red... I was just messing with gTen... We have a love hate relationship... Mostly love... But hate is inevitable. LOL.
Sorry to have confused you by not quoting gTen. I know that's a mistake all its own... He's been known to change his threads. LOL.

It's all in good fun bro. I agree... If you Have to have to have a keyboard... look at my previous post you quoted... Get a few and stock them as not much is around the corner.
Good luck either way.

ITs a bit different..see on my TP2 i used the kb even less..only time i use kb on TP2 is RDP..I never really had fun surfing the web on my TP2 and when I did I used onscreen because by the time the page loads I can just type on the screen..it was a chore..on the Epic I pop open my kb and surf naturally..its hard to explain until you actually try it.. :/

Its sprint we are talking about..they are hush hush about all their phones...if that plan fails Im hoping someone would take advantage of the usb host controller in the Within and make a snap on kb...
