eb13 battery sucks

I always have TEP. I've very hard on my phones.
I went through 7-10 mogals, 3 TP, and atleast 2 TP2 with in 3-years.
Mostly all with the keyboards not working.

Then you should have no problem getting a new phone. Just make sure and push the issue about a NEW phone and not a refurb. Oh, and don't forget to Odin to stock EB13 and keep your SD card before you mail it back to them.

but of course. I got a lot of crap on my SD. Even back in the winmo days, I back up all my stuff to the sd and then pull it before going in. I had a system back then even better than now where I could back up/restore from scratch in an hour or so. I remember being piiiisssed once when they gave me a new TP. I had my day planned out down to the minute...
1) get there for the minute they opened and... the hours on the site weren't their hours til monday so I waited for an hour before they opened.
2) leave my phone there for an hour and come back and it wasn't ready for another 45 minutes as I paced around the place
3) they decide to give me a new phone and the girl at the register says "wait one minute" goes in this back area where I could see her, but couldn't get to her, and spend over 40 minutes restoring my phone's data to the phone when I told them not to.

so now, I'm 3hrs+ late for my next appointment... and when I got in my car, I immediately hook the phone up to my laptop and update the ROM wiping all the data that 3) spent that time on.

there are some cuties a the store that I go to.
Anyhow, I think this original battery is the issue.
1 1/2hrs on it and it's gone down almost 30%.

Refurb? Or at least a new battery?

all I did was flash midnightrom. I don't remember anywhere saying that I brought this epic back since my kb was replaced a few months ago.
