Epic on Boost no internet no MMS

does anyone has a idea how to fix mms and internet on epic 4g on boost network? it was working and stoped working. i had done software factory reset and no luck. i even called the place where i bought it and they only told me to send it back to check it.. i just dont feel to pay 4o bucks to send my phone from Connecticut to FLorida to get this MF phone fix. if i can find a quick solution on this issue it would be better.. MMS URL is the correct mm.myboostmobile.com and still wont work.. where else on the ## menus# do i have to go to change or edit antyhing that might help me? since i have no clue about flashing this phones. i just use them and thats it. i just got this phone yesterday for crying outloud... by ther way it has stock sprint ROM. no costum ROM or nothing like that... please let me know. thanks in advance..

thanks gTen;2051590. thats what i need. but now iam screwd. because i dont have the info that i need. or can i just put any HA AA and HA AAA or what ever that is to make it work? because i have everthing else the IPs and name and everything for what i see here on the phone.. for the most part.. for the HA AA and HA AAA all i see here is 1234 on both wich i know thats not normal. i guess those too its what i need. since i dont have that since i wasnt the one that flashed this phone...

If you had your Touch Pro2 on Boost, and still have the phone, you can get the info off of it.

well on the TP2 for HA AA and HA AAA i have 4D2 on both and i try typing that and says wrong . so it wont let me type that. honestly i dont know what kind of phone the ESn that they wrote on the epic came from. but i do have my TP2 even though i performed ##786 but the info that i have it what i just mentioned.

You need the Ha shared secret(which is "secret") and aa shared secret, different than the 4d2 data.

You need to have the phone that is provisioned on your account (donor) in order to get any usable information.

the TP2 will not have usable information. Each time you do a device change on the account, the HDR long password is different.

Without the donor phone to get the information from, there's no amount of guessing or entering stuff that's gonna fix it.

I've done this before and I can assure you that you'll need the donor phone to get this working.

Contact the place where you got it from and have them send you the donor phone, charger/battery and a data cable.

Then I can be of more help.

qxdm is a tool used to read info from the nv area in phones, as well as a lot of other useful things..

only thing you need to add for boost, is that you also need to do

requestnvitemread ds_mip_ss_user_prof 1
as well for the profile 1 info

damn it now MMS wont work after this EB13 upgrade .. and yes i edited the MMSC URL from mms.sprintpcs.com to the boost mobile one mm.myboostmobile.com just like i did on the stock rom or even on my old TP2. and it keeps giving me an error..(MMS Transaction is failed HTTP Error 403 Forbidden ) do i have to change any other setting or what? i even did a PRL and profile update and still same crap.... and i do see the 3G on top and internet works fine, wich indicates it should be working fine. but no MMS.. ANYONE please let me knowwhat should i do thanks..
