man... sprint customer server... man... I called up and they basically said "sorry bro". They also told me my new bill would be "about $73" and when I re-calculated it online it was $83. They also said my old bill was $67, but it was only $62 ($55 plus the insurance). so their "it's only $10 more" wasn't true, it's $21 more.
btw: it seems that they don't take any of your discount(s) off the $10 4G idiot charge. |

ok, I just looked.. my july bill was $62.. my august bill was $67. Why? cause they changed their discount policy (re-add ons under $20). jesus.

so... end of the cool story bro. After 7 different calls to sprint and 7 different "final amounts" of what it was going to cost per month, the last lady said $71.. then transferred me to someone else who was her "manager" but was just another person like her who said the same things accept opened with "so you didn't get you answer on how to get an epic", I didn't get anything off my bill really an going from the tp2 to the epic increased my bill about $20 after taxes. Sprint doesn't care about customer retention at all. I would have gone and returned the phone to get an iPhone, but I really don't want an iPhone. Plus, I had an hour to return the phone after getting off the phone with sprint, the sprint store was an hour away, and I had to be in boston in 2.5 hrs to shoot a show.
so you guys are stuck with me for now. |
