man... sprint customer server... man... I called up and they basically said "sorry bro". They also told me my new bill would be "about $73" and when I re-calculated it online it was $83. They also said my old bill was $67, but it was only $62 ($55 plus the insurance). so their "it's only $10 more" wasn't true, it's $21 more.
btw: it seems that they don't take any of your discount(s) off the $10 4G idiot charge.
