a] If you coming from the EC05 OTA (stock): Download the ROM and copy it to your SD card first, then use the CWM3 one-click, wipe data, and flash the ROM.

b] If you are coming from another EC05 ROM with the EC05 modem: Just flash the ROM. If you get any FCs at all, wipe data and reflash.

-im currently on the midnightROM and was thinking that option B of my choices if what i need to follow?
Option B

-also, do i need to make a backup of my current rom, wipe the data/factory reset 3x, wipe cache partition 3x, wipe dalvik cache 3x...before i do option B. is that the case or do i just go right into option B here without making the backup rom and wiping data?
I suggest it... while the rom does make a backup of itself then tries to restore automatically..if anything goes wrong its better not to risk it...I had it happen once..

2) because the "fully loaded" version isn't working, is there a way to add those extra options that are present in it but using the standard rom?

thanks for all your help.
Fully loaded rom works..thats what I used..what doesnt work is the journaling on version...which you can enable by making a backup after installing then restoring it.
