Let's give abedmego a bit of a break on some of this since he just upgraded from the TP2 to the Epic less than a week ago. We all know that there is a leaning curve that comes from switching from winmo to andriod.

With that said, abednego, do yourself a favor and read the blog on the www.lostandtired.com home page if you haven't already. This will shed some light on what Rob, ptfdmedic, goes through on a daily basis in his life.

You can use A2SD. It's on the market.

beta testers and rob i have a pal group thats been on pal almost a year and never had a issue with it that i dont use anymore that we can use, shane and i verified its working from pc and ppc so pm me for group name if you guys wanna use it for chatting/testing.

rob we can change the name if you want.

Looks like I got everything mostly figured out. I apologize about my n00b'ness. This is a big change from flashing roms on the TP2. I sincerely appreciate all the help.

Battery life is... ok. Got about 6 hours since my last charge. Tried disabling the music/drm/etc service that was running... but I also like the screen to be turned up a bit.

Also - heat issues? I think this phone gets warmer than the TP2. Initially when I plugged my phone in to charge... it said charging was paused because it was too hot/cold

no flash issues here on stock or miren browser and ya heat is sometimes a issue but dont bother me.

Been trolling around the threads a bit - to learn that DRM & MediaHub are huge battery drainers. Most of the posts suggests to download an app to disable and freeze them.

Is this the only solution? Is there a "Registry Editor" equivalent in Android to change settings?
