What exactly does the Data Gov Putter Backer (edify) do and why is there a MediaHub (edify) zip, can't you download MediaHub from market or is that something else? Thanks

Anyone tested Quadrant with this ROM, WOW the highest score I got was 1672!

Data Gov Putter Backer will put your download/ upload speed limiter back on. Data Gov remover is on all new midNIGHT roms (actually most roms period) and I have confirmed along with MANY others that it does increase speeds. You most likely won't notice a difference in normal use but it does work. Ptfdmedic recommends leaving data governor on it.

Im guessing the Media Hub zip is just there for the option...

i can confirm that hulu is working, saw other user here asking so i tried that one first but you need to uninstall updates to adobe flash player!

Actually The gov is in all but 1 release awhile back. I had to many problems with people complaining about 4g issues. I never personally saw any gain in speed. I put it back in all my releases now. The Data Gov Putter Backer just puts the gov back for those that don't have it and want it back on their current rom.

I personally DO NOT recommend removing the data gov.. I don't see a benefit and I have had to many 4g users complain.

Ok, third time is a charm. If I don't get any answer I'll let it go. A while back AOSP email was included in this ROM but not anymore due to problems. Is there any chance AOSP email will be put back in? Is there a link that will lead me to the development of that app?

Give me a bit and I'll dig it out. I liked it as well but I think it's broken. I always got tons of phantom notifications.

It's up at the edify repository. Lost and Tired « My Reality Autism then click on Android Development. Also CW2.5 works with edify zips.
