like i said randy has a issue with cw3 and not ext4 and im running nojournal mod and theres no issues except it cant be flashed via cw3. i like ext4/edify but honestly i had less issue (small issues) with non ext stuff.

The problem with CW3 is that it auto formats to ext4 is anything changes. So you can install the no journaling in cw3 however upon 1reboot everything will revert... I'm not sold on the removal of the journaling. it's a very marginal gain at the risk of losing data...

Open the app that's set to default using the app manager and clear the default setting. Maybe that will let you reset to gallery when you open the pic in messaging.

like i said he needs to either scroll that page further or use astro, imo its best.

Can't disagree. I thought earlier he specifically said he wanted to use gallery but had set something else as default. I probably misunderstood, I'm old you know.

Oh ye sorry about that full resolution picture earlier.



This is what opens when I click on a picture someone sends me... I think it might be built into messaging app.. If not I dont know what its called.

There are no default setting in gallery or messenging apps to "clear", both say "no defaults set".

And yes I do specifically want to use gallery to view picture mail messages after I click on them, this is how stock and every other rom Ive ever used is. Maybe this is just a newer version of messaging The biggest issue here I cant zoom this picture to see more detail.

when i open a picture i get "complete action using" then theres 2 choices... gallery and astro.

lemme ask one more time, is astro filemager on your phone?
