So I should have run a backup with Titanium before doing a restore with Clockwork in order to be able to get ADW Launcher back. I guess that would have been good to know before I did it. Well, no big deal really...I prefer LauncherPro anyway. I'll take your advice about Juice Defender and let you know how it goes.

BTW I am currently backing up this ROM and planning on flashing your Epic Experience ROM in a few days. This is WAAAAAAAY easier with Android and CWM than it ever was with WinMo! I can flash a new ROM every day if I want.

Hey guys are you using any particular program to squeeze out more battery using this ROM. I know this ROM is already tweaked, but just thought I'd ask. I've read that some use JuiceDefender, Advanced Task Killer, Auto Task Killer, etc etc, but just curious what you all are using on this ROM specifically.

Re: **Baked Snack 1.3 Hero_Over Rom**1.3 ghz overclock %100 Working!! FAAST..

OK, I've had this ROM on here for about a week now and while I really like it there is one thing that bothers me. When I want to add a shortcut to a home screen, I long press the background, select "shortcut" and then "application" and the entire screen goes black for about 30 seconds. Then about 50% of the time the app list will pop up, but the other 50% of the time it just goes back to the home screen, sort of like the LauncherPro reset itself and I have to start all over again. It seems that the only time I can get the app list to pop up quickly is if I am placing several shortcuts on my home screen. The more times I do it consecutively the faster it works, but as soon as I do anything else (like open any app, make a phone call, send a text, anything at all) it goes back to what I described earlier. Customizing the shortcuts is a big PITA because of this lag.

Other than that this ROM is great. I just discovered yesterday that you can scroll the menu bar at the bottom separately from the home screen (I'd never used LauncherPro before). Pretty cool.

Re: **Baked Snack 1.3 Hero_Over Rom**1.3 ghz overclock %100 Working!! FAAST..

I initially thought I was getting decent battery life with this ROM as well, and now it's worse than what I was getting with stock... not sure what the culprit is... all I have enabled via root is Set CPU set too 200min-1200max... I use advanced task killer but only manually... not using juice defender with this ROM as I read mixed results, but perhaps I'll enable it now... couldn't hurt at this point...

Re: **Baked Snack 1.3 Hero_Over Rom**1.3 ghz overclock %100 Working!! FAAST..

Hmm I want to get this battery issue resolved cause I love this ROM!

How do i enable juice defender? Is it included in the ROM or in the APP folder or is it something I need to download?

I do also use Task killer but I'm 100% it is not the culprit. I did a full wipe before flashing this ROM twice and also wipe dalvik and and the cache and did that again after using the ROM and getting bad battery.

Edit found Juice Defender I do not think this is the issue or will help. When I look under battery stats I am not seeing the battery being eaten up by the radio. It says it's being eaten by cell stand by which doesn't make sense either.

I have it @ 1.3 using SetCPU 200/1300 and I get good battery life. Don't know how you would measure good, great, excellent, but mine lasts me through the day and still have 20-30% left before it goes on the charger again.
